As I commented over there, after this critique and the one by Rod Decker, an update of the ESV should be quite substantial, no?

Sadly, Dr. Decker’s review of the ESV is four years old as of this ETS conference and there was a minor revision in 07 (that’s where the sheep stopped being in charge of Laban’s sons), but it was an extremely minor revision. You can see:

Unlike the NLT, where Tyndale provided a complete list of the changes, the only reason this record exists is because of the work of Rick Mansfield.
