Mike,
I look forward to your reviews. Just finished Bortone for an upcoming project. I enjoyed it very much.

Mike,
I have also used Bortone for some of my work as well. I found it very useful. I’m looking forward to hearing your thoughts on it. Thanks for your recent review of Luraghi as well. I haven’t read that one yet, but I’m definitely interested now.
I guessing the second comment is Tonya…
Thanks guys! I had wanted to get Bortone up last week, but I had family in town that didn’t leave until Sunday afternoon, so I’m a bit behind. I’ll try to finish it in the next couple days!
I think Bortone is excellent and has one of the best introductory discussions of semantic theory I’ve seen in a Greek book.

Today I added links to your reviews of these two books from “A Comprehensive Bibliography of Hellenistic Greek Linguistics” (http://greek-language.com/Palmer-bibiography.html). Your reviews do a wonderful job of demonstrating the value of these books for students of Linguistics and Ancient Greek.
